BALTIC STATES OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP

1.     Main Rules : ISRA 2008.

Except  folloving points :

a.       Body list  :  PR 24 – Honda Acord ( BPA ), Skoda Octavia ( BPA) + BPA interior

                    ES 32  -  ISRA 2007 &  ISRA 2008

                    ES 24  -  ISRA 2006 &  ISRA 2008

b.      PR 24 motors : PS-723 Group 12 Motor , ball bearings , shunts allowed

   Drivers positioned in overall ranking from 1st to 10^th will drive with hand out motors.

c.       Drivers positioned in overall ranking from 1st to 10^th will drive with hand out tires, tires not included in entry fee.

d.      PR 24 chassis PS5000 chassis forbidden.

e.       Race procedure:  Pr24 :  

Qualification 30 sec. to lap count - final 8X5 min., except race Nr 6, no qualification

                    ES32; ES24; F1/32: , win from any group.

f.        Qualification 1. min. to best lap time – final 8x4 min , except  races Nr 6, no qualification ,win from any group

g.      In all classes final Nr1. (fastest drivers) starting lines will be choice according to qualification results.

2.      Point system

                 Pr 24                                    25-22-20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

                ES32; ES24: F1/32         15 - 12 - 10 - 8 - 6 - 5 - 4- 3- 2 - 1

3.      In overall standings will be count only 5 best races in class.                

 

4.      Entry fee :   3 Ls   or   70 EEK   or     15 Lits

 

5.      Consecution of classes  :   PR24 – F1/32 – ES32 – ES24

 

6.      Time schedule:    Friday from 15.00  - practice

                              Saturday start    09:00 Hand out of production team race motor and tires

                                                       10:30 driver’s registration (all classes)                        

                                                       11:00 (1.5 h between classes, 0, 5 h before final)

                              Sunday start      10:00

 

7.      Prizes: 1^st to 8^th   (except PR24 - 1^st to 10^th)
